Greater Noida, Delhi NCR | 06 August 2026: The 9th edition of India International Hospitality Expo (IHE 2026) continued to witness tremendous enthusiasm on its second day as thousands of hospitality professionals, hoteliers, restaurateurs, procurement leaders, architects, designers, chefs and solution providers converged once again at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida. Organised by India Exposition Mart Ltd. (IEML), the exhibition has evolved into a vibrant business destination where innovation, knowledge sharing and meaningful networking are driving the future of India’s hospitality and HORECA industry. Building on the momentum of its grand inauguration, Day Two offered an engaging blend of conferences, competitions, live demonstrations and sourcing opportunities, reaffirming IHE’s position as India’s most comprehensive hospitality sourcing platform.

One of the major highlights of the day was the Housekeepers Conclave 5.0, organised by the Professional Housekeepers’ Association (PHA) in association with YUVA. Recognised as one of India’s leading professional bodies representing housekeeping professionals, PHA has been instrumental in promoting skill development, operational excellence, sustainability, hygiene standards and professional recognition. The conclave featured an insightful Panel Discussion and an engaging Interactive Team-Building Session. It concluded with an Awards Felicitation Ceremony, celebrating professionals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment and excellence in housekeeping and facility management.

One District One Cuisine (ODOC) Pavilion, supported by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, offers an authentic taste of Uttar Pradesh through iconic regional delicacies.

Adding colour and flavour to the exhibition was the One District One Cuisine (ODOC) Pavilion, supported by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, which has become a favourite destination for visitors. Celebrating the state’s extraordinary culinary diversity, the pavilion offers an authentic taste of Uttar Pradesh through iconic regional delicacies including Kannauj ke Gatte, Kushinagar ka Lal Khorma, Firozabad ki Dal Moth, Agra ka Petha, along with several other traditional specialities representing districts from across the state.

Day Two also witnessed spirited participation in the 5th Edition of Pastry Queen India 2026, where talented pastry professionals displayed exceptional creativity, technical finesse and artistic presentation, reflecting the growing sophistication of India’s bakery and confectionery industry. The excitement continued at the Spiritz Bar Craft Challenge (Rookies), where aspiring bartenders showcased their flair, creativity and technical expertise by crafting innovative beverages before an enthusiastic audience.

Another major attraction was the Culinary Masterclass by MasterChef Shipra Khanna, who captivated hospitality professionals, chefs and culinary enthusiasts with her signature recipes, contemporary cooking techniques and insights into the changing dynamics of modern gastronomy. Innovation also took centre stage during the Street Food Dessert with Innovative Packaging challenge, where participants transformed India’s beloved street flavours into contemporary desserts complemented by sustainable and market-ready packaging concepts. The competition reflected the growing emphasis on adapting traditional culinary concepts for modern hospitality businesses.
