A Business Centre will be created inside the hall where exhibitors and visitors can avail facilities like computer, internet, document printing, business cards printing, scanning, fax and stationary purchase etc. These services will be available during the event from 3rd – 6th August from 09:00 am – 06:30 pm on chargeable basis.

Exhibitors and visitors can hire a variety of economy and luxury cars with drivers from the official travel agents ………………………. for the entire duration or any of the days of IHE 2024 as per tariff.

Courier services for exhibitors and visitors will be located in the services area near the Visitor Registration Desks in Halls. You can send or receive courier packets through the Designated Courier Desk.

Expo Inn is our inhouse hotel situated within the premises with all modern facilities including Restaurant, bar, café, lounge for business meetings, gym, spa, swimming pool and almost everything that is needed to enjoy comfort & leisure at the reasonable prices. The hotel hosts many business & leisure travellers around the year. Apart from that we have plenty of budget and luxurious hotels available in the vicinity of the venue. You will find the list of the same in the exhibitors’ directory.

For the convenience of visitors and exhibitors, IHE 2024 has created Left luggage facilities near the Visitor Registration in the halls. Visitors and exhibitors can avail of these facilities free of cost during the event from 3rd – 6th August 2024 from 09:00 a.m. to 07:30 p.m

Giving due importance to health and safety of visitors and exhibitors, IHE 2024 has made arrangements for first aid and primary medical facilities. This is marked “First Aid” and is located near visitor registration area in the halls. Ambulance facility will be available at the venue all times, including the set-up from 3rd – 6th August 2024.

Separate areas have been designated for Visitor’s car parking within the venue. Entries to these areas is from Gate 1 of Bombay Exhibition Centre. This facility is directly managed by Bombay Exhibition Centre. Goods vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the Visitor Parking Area.

As given previously that we have an in-house facility of Hotel and F&B, the Expo Inn offers you café Amaris and Paprika restaurant which are well capable of cater or deliver any size of order withing the venue or nearby in vicinity.

The Expo Centre & Mart offers a range of metered and radio taxi (Call-a-Taxi) services arranged on requirement or one can go for other taxi services in the region those are easily accessible. One can make online booking of taxi, cabs and of recent autos those quite quick to serve at your doorstep.
