India International Hospitality Expo is a Holistic Expo for the entire hospitality industry with events such as knowledge sessions that featured the most well known names in the industry to Culinary Masterclasses by Michelin Starred Chefs and Cultural Events by partner countries.

IHE 19 hosted the likes of Vineet Bhatia (Michelin Starred Chef) and Celebrity Chefs like Ranveer Brar, Chef Saby Gorai, Chef Vicky Ratnani, Chef Praveen Anand, KN Vinod (Founder, Indique in Washington D.C.), Asma Khan (Founder, Darjeeling Express in London) as well as Himachali Chef Nand Lal and International Chefs from Indonesia, Ecuador, Peru and Myanmar.

Young Chefs from Top Culinary Schools from across the region battle it out in the kitchen to win the 'Young Chef Awards'
